Grumpy Old Man Rant [insert musical sting] There has been a lot of discussion about how demeaning Germain Greer's comment was about the size of our Prime Minister's arse. How dare we talk about a woman like that? Give me a break. 1. It's the elephant in the room nobody talks about (pardon the metaphor), 2. If she keeps speaking out of her arse (as in the clip) then it's/she's fair game. My point is, this clip shows how catty and childish our politicians have become. This outburst appears to show an arrogance, self-righteousness, resentfulness and entitlement. I know 8 year olds better than this (and even when they're angry, at least they're honest about it). This is not the world I want to live in, and sadly, we are marginally better than most. WHERE ARE THE PEOPLE TO LEAD AND INSPIRE US? ps this is not a party-political statement, I don't care for any of them.
